Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Law 8.078/90), you have the right to cancel a purchase made online within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of purchase, at no additional cost.

How to request a refund
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject “Cancellation — Masterclass” and include:
- Full name
- Email address used for the purchase
- Receipt or order number
You will receive confirmation of the cancellation within 2 business days.
After the 7-day period
Because this is a live event with a fixed date, refund requests are not accepted after the withdrawal period. If you are unable to attend, you will have access to the replay for 30 days from the date the event takes place.
