Questions
What people ask before they start.
Do I need a card to try it?
No. You create the account with your name, email and website address. The card only comes in when you pick a plan.
What happens when the trial ends?
On day 15 the plan you chose starts. Four days before, you get a notice with the amount, so you can decide calmly.
What counts as a connector?
Each connection to your data: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, your CRM, your finance system. The website tag comes with every plan and does not count as a connector.
Is there a contract? What if I want to leave?
Plans run for 12 months, billed monthly or paid upfront for the year with 2 months free. Leaving early has no exit fee: just give 30 days notice.
Is AI included?
AI is off during the trial. After that, it runs on credits, purchased separately.
My company is outside Brazil. Can I sign up?
Yes. Prices are in Brazilian reais and billed to your card. If your company needs a different way to contract, talk to sales.
How much does the Incuca team cost?
It depends on the scope: what the team will do, across how many fronts and at what pace. Pricing comes out of a 20-minute call, with your data on screen. The service can be hired with Intelligence or on its own.
